Well kind of…
During the planning of this trip, I wasn’t sure that I would be seeing the ‘real’ America as almost every destination I stop at is a major city and I really wanted to see a bit of the regional areas. But with Niagara Falls on my itinerary, I needn’t have worried…
After a spot of souvenir shopping at Tiffany & Co and some final sightseeing at the Empire State Building on Thursday followed by some housekeeping on a wet Friday, it was time to say good-bye to New York and hello to Niagara Falls via the Amtrak.
On Wednesday, I went to the Rockefeller Center to see where the big acts play when in town, catch some views of New York City and see where Tina Fey hangs out on a Saturday night.
As an accounting graduate, a trip to New York wouldn’t be complete without a visit to Wall Street.
On Monday, I enjoyed a well-deserved sleep-in (I am on holidays for fucks sake) before checking out a few midtown sights and the Manhattan skyline.
